I am starting a new series of posts where I will share with you the dialogues from romantic bollywood movies which touched my heart the most.

I am trying to be versatile so that YOU, MY SMALL FAMILY OF FOLLOWERS don’t get bored of the same content on my blog.

I hope you will like it.

Original dialogue –

English translation –

That was my story…

There was this girl sitting beside me…

Doctors who were still hoping that I would come to life again…

There was a friend who was mad..

There was one more girl who had devoted everything to me..

There was my mother, my father, those streets of Banaras.. And there was this body of mine which had already left me.

And there was my chest which had still fire in it…

I could get up again, but for whom? I could scream again, but for whom?

My love Zoya, the streets of Banaras, Bindiya, Murari, I was losing everything but for whom I would hold them…

The fire inside me could either bring me back to life or kill me. But I don’t want to get up now.. I don’t want to work hard to fall in love again.. Break my heart again…Atleast someone stop me by calling me…

The girl who is sitting besides me with those dead eyes, If she calls me, I swear to God I will come back!
But no, I am too tired now, not in the mood. It’s good to close the eyes.. It’s better to sleep now…

But I will come back someday.. To play the drum on the shores of Ganga.. To run on those streets.. To fall in love with some Zoya again…

    1. The character that sonam kapoor played was in love with a person and that person according to her was killed by the character played by Dhanush. That’s why she hated him. That’s why she was ruthless.
Love is like that. A person in love can be the happiest one and also the most ruthless one.

  1. Beautiful visual you have chosen. I love the song “tum tak” of this movie. It was the essence of the whole movie. Beautiful Quote. Even though I know, speak and understand but can’t read the Hindi script so I just read the English version.
