Aashiqui 2

“Love makes life live”

It was the tagline accompanying the movie title.

This movie was a blockbuster hit in India even though both the lead stars were newcomers. All the songs of this movie were chartbusters. Couples flocked the theaters to watch this movie.

It can be termed as the most successful romantic movie of this decade (till now). It was a sort of sequel to the Aashiqui movie (released in 1990).

So here are some of the best dialogues I liked –

Original dialogues
–

English translation –

The heart got a language…. Eyes got dreams…. In love, life got its meaning….

This life was going on but I started living since you came….

Love, Romance, Passion…. These were just words but once I found her, these words got value….

I can forget my own face in mirror but not yours….

Those who don’t need anything, they do their work with utmost responsibility….

P.S – Feel free to comment if you liked any other dialogue of this movie or you hated this movie for being overtly dramatic. 😊

              1. In a movie or a story endings must be happy may be not always but if they are not, they create some depressive atmosphere between the audience and we definitely don’t offer this kind of depressive entertainment..!!

                1. Yup, I agree they create depressive but sometimes when a person is sad, they make the person cry and let the emotions closed up inside flow out, giving some relief to the person a bit in the process.
